We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate an immediate replacement or refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make an adjustment.
